Hire Of Facilities At Maplethorpe Our holiday centreis a purpose built building right alongside the sea at Maplethorpe.This Charity uses the facilities between the end of April and the end of August providing free holidays for disadvantaged children. In order to raise much needeed funds, the committee have decided to let out the facilities in September and October to groups of people. The accommodation is in dormatories.4 dorms which sleep 16 in each. Alongside each dorm there are rooms for supervisors and shower and toliet facilities.On the ground floor there is a large dining room which also has a stage at one end which can be used for a variety of purposes. Upstairs along with two of the dorms there is a playroom/t/v room.The building is surrounded by gardens which are right alongside the sand dunesand our own private path to the sea. There is also some play equipment, climbing frames etc in the gardens. The groups using the facilities could use our Activity Leaders or provide their own carers, we provide all meals and bedding. Our charges are £150 per person per week which includes all meals and accommodation. If you know any groups who mght like to use the facilities, we would be pleased to hear from them.
